Taste Test

This is not technically a restaurant but we absolutely love this authentic Lebanese lunch and takeout counter by the former owners of Sahara in Princeton.  Standouts include the lemony fattouch (a green salad with pita chips) and tabouli (parsley) salads, the smoky babaganoush (eggplant dip), stuffed grape leaves (vegetarian or stuffed with meat) and delectable spinach and meat pies. Falafel and gyro sandwiches and platters are popular as well.
