Taste Test
The Fromagerie was recently taken over by NYC/Vegas chef David Burke (of david burke & donatella, Hawaiian Tropic Zone, and several restos at Bloomingdale's) who has since put his original New American spin on the otherwise classic French menu. Although Burke has toned-down the former "jackets required" dress-code, like Nicholas, the pricing makes this a destination for special occasions. The restaurant has also received a fresh paint job with a new bar area that should appeal to a younger clientele. For now, however, the clientele still leans towards the Social Security set.
