Taste Test
This former James Beard winner is housed in a landmark inn overlooking the Sandy Hook Bay. The seafood is the focus and is broken down into 2 separate menus: contemporary and classic. Don't be put off by high prices which tend to be in the mid to high 30's per main - when you consider that each entree comes with a salad and dessert (the menu doesn't say so but it's true), it's almost a bargain. Service is impeccable.
